sorry, I meant when I try and enter the password into the wp-admin page, it then gives you the option to reset it, so by “them” I mean wordpress
I too have added a new installation, the site is working and live and the wp-admin comes up, my username is correct but the password I enter is wrong and when I get them to email me a new one, nothing comes through even though I am using the correct email address, Have been having this since last night, it is driving me nuts!! just want to get started with my site
