Similar as of this lunchtime (was working fine) – following post. May be a server issue but following post in case it is a wider issue as plugin recently updated
That worked for me! I created the folder ‘jobs-dir’ as you described above and all seems good!

Following as we have the same issue….
Folder required looks to be job-postings-get-file at the same level as you wp-content folder (based on where hyperlinks for created jobs postings).
We have full server access so I created this folder manually and assigned same group and owner as wp-content/upload folder. Even 777 permissions on that new folder however (job-postings-get-file) I found the files fail to upload.
