In reply to: [Subscriptions for WooCommerce] Customer cancel subscriptionI do not remember the specific issue I was having at the time (it may have been another plugin or an error with GeoIP) as it was a demo site, but I believe that @markhf was correct in recommending turning on debug logging. If there are errors they will be visible on page load.

After doing the ‘disable-plugins dance’, we’ve determined that the “Simple Google reCAPTCHA” plugin we were using is interfering with the account creation as disabling that plugin allowed a transaction to succeed.

At the time I had posted the question, we had already manually created the order so finding an answer to this was more or less just to give me some ammunition should this occur again. I’m leaving this open so that once I can get some further information, I can update.

In reply to: [Subscriptions for WooCommerce] Customer cancel subscriptionI understand, but what are the conditions that must be met in order for the subscription to be cancelled? I have ordered a subscription, and can see that it is active in the admin portion of the site, but no buttons appear for the customer on the my-account/subscriptions page or the subscription details screen (as seen here).
