Please note that the issue is most probably coming from the save button.
Lets try the following, on the same setting page, try to change something else, like the number of posts, try to save and check whether the changes are kept.
In the case they note, please try to uninstall/install the plugin. This should sole the issue with the saving function.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Could you please try to Uninstall the plugin from Facebook Feed WD > Options page and re-activate it? You can do that by following the steps in this video. Afterward, please reauthenticate with your account.
Unfortunately, in this case you will need to recreate your feeds.

Thank you for reporting this problem.
We have encountered this bug a couple of days ago. It is caused by Instagram Feed WD, version 1.3.7. As we have become aware of this issue, we’ve downgraded Instagram Feed WD plugin to 1.3.7 here.
Please install version 1.3.7 of Instagram Feed WD plugin and update Slider WD to its latest version. The problem should be resolved, but please let us know in case it will not.

Please note that in the case you have provided them access to the whole dashboard then they should have access to the Spider Calendar Plugin.
Please note that the plugin does not have the specific option for role access, it is visible to all who have the access to your dashboard.

Please note that the posts are not being shown immediately after adding them. Could you please specify how log are you waiting before using the “Reset Cache” button so they become visible?
Could you please also make sure that Number of posts is a big number like 100-200.

Please note that we are not deleting the tables while you deactivate the plugin, because in some cases the users just want to temporary deactivate the plugin and not loose any data.
