Hi there, thanks in advance for your reply.Contact Form 7 was working on the client’s site http://epicprojects.com.au/contact-us/ and then yesterday I received an email to say that the client was not receiving emails from the contact form. The only thing I have done is update Contact Form 7 plugin. After receiving the client message I tested the form, when I complete the contact form via my computer using different email accounts and submit emails it works, (as I check with the customer’s external hosting provider to ensure that the emails got through). However, it does not work for the client when they check, which is frustrating. As an additional note: from past experience a success message does not necessarily mean that the client will receive emails on their external email hosting account.Can someone please throw some light on this matter as I’m sure someone has the answer to this issue.
