Only users with ‘super admin’ role can see the plugin. All other users that are not a ‘super admin’ role cannot see the plugin.
The issue is that when editing inside a post/page, the plugin does not appear in the menu where you select blocks or other elements to add to the page.
We are using WP VIP with a custom theme, it is not possible to switch to a default WP theme.

Yes, the issue persists even after trying that. We have a large site with multiple users who are all experiencing this issue since they’re not super admin role. We need them to be able to properly use/access this plugin. Please let me know if there’s something else I can try to fix this!
