Hi Yann,

Thanks for reply.
I found solution. Problem was not in MySQL user permissions nor ~/plugins/wordfence/tmp access.
Problem was in website PHP configuration in server.
Was Apache mode with CGI support, I just changed mode to PHP (5.3.3) and disabled CGI.
Now working fine 😉

Hi,
Thank you for answer.
I have other websites in another server with same PHP version, and wordfence setup done without errors.
Also I tried deactivate all plugins- did not help.
Email was sent.
