Following the thread with these two “Completed” statuses, I reviewed the “Custom Order Status” plugin settings and found the entire body of the email laid out in one of the fields.

In the meantime, and in case it helps:
In Settings > Emails, we only have two emails for completed orders. One is deactivated and the other is for manual sending. Neither of them have the texts I’ve shown.https://snipboard.io/VDnExQ.jpg
In the store, they have two “Completed” statuses, but from what I see in the html options list, one refers to “wc-completed” and the other to “wc-complete.” Which one would be the native WooCommerce one?

The second one triggers the event responsible for sending the email.
I’m sorry I can’t provide more details, this is a legacy project and I don’t know how it was built.
