  • Thanks @nubiesan – this just happened to one of my websites, and found the same thing. I disabled siteground optimizer and images returned. Did have one bit of difference in that I had to re-enable the siteground optimizer plugin for a moment to activate clearing cache on the site itself and then disabled again. Once images were going I enabled the remaining plugins (had disabled in troubleshooting) all working, and enabled siteground optimizer again – and everything seems to still be working.
Fingers Crossed. Thanks again for coming back to the post to tell of your result.

Thanks @a2hostingrj – Disk Space was my issue on one of the sites (upgrading to 5.9.2.

G’day there, Not sure how you develop your website. I had only come across this W 10S the other day during support job (Heck for me it seemed like a dumb move to set anyone up with it – spose it does protect the very innocent).
Anyway @cloudybutnice it could be an issue if you went with the W 10S version and were developing WordPress on the Notebook – as it might be your current local server environment is not approved for the Microsoft Store – and that would prevent you from getting access (my understanding is that W 10S just won’t let you download anything – EXCEPT if it is in the Microsoft Store) – at least that was what I discovered when I tried to load a very legitimate program on a NB with it. (up to that point I did not even know about W 10S (must have been living a very sheltered life).
by the way – on the NB I was working on there was a way to set it back to normal W 10 (it just complained that it was ‘less secure’).
Surely it should say ‘more practical or usable IMO!
    Good Luck!

Same issue as above, approx couple weeks. Doesn’t seem to be theme related, as I experimented on another site and had same issue.

I too have noticed this issue from the logs. Only after customer complaining that their emails (out) on that domain were being blocked at greater than 150 per hour, (and they might send a couple in that time). Shared Hosting. Error logs pointed to Jetpack.
What I spotted was multiple items like:
    #1 /home1/username/public_html/ecom/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/sharedaddy/sharedaddy.php(28): wp_mail(‘[email protected]’, ‘[Shared Post] A…’,
etc. (I have changed some details to keep information secure)
My solution at the time has been to temporarily disabled Jetpack to be safe. Would be nice to get it back again.
I had a feeling it was related to the PHPMailer issue (end of December). A reference here https://www.wordfence.com/blog/2016/12/phpmailer-vulnerability/
Anyway Jeremy – I hope this info helps (please feel free to ask me more).

Thanks for posting this solution givemeasec

    G’day,
Things certainly look different in recent times (I am more used to the older style of following all choices down the page.
I am presuming you are using the latest version of the plugin Version 4.0.18.
    Look under the ‘Advanced’ Tab,
    second section is ‘Redirect Settings’
    and if you enter you:
ENABLE with a tick ‘Enable redirect after the message sends’
Enter the number of seconds to delay
Redirect URL: enter the URL where you want user to go.

    Hope that helps
    All the best

EDIT: On re-reading your query, I am not sure I actually got the right picture on first reading it. It may still work.
Just tried it by redirecting to another website (different domain) with the full path to a PDF file on that external site and it loaded fine.
You would need to make sure the file you want to download is accessible publicly (is this what you want? maybe not)
Auto-responders might be another way to get it to work (and keep the file a bit more secure). Depending on what you are trying to do.
    Cheers PeteH

    Thanks Ross, much appreciated.

Same result but as far as I can tell all was working NextGen Cooliris Gallery 0.6 with NextGEN Gallery by Photocrati 2.0.21.
Only thing that changed was UPDATE WordPress to 3.6.1 from ver 3.2 (oops), all of a sudden the Cooliris Gallery stopped working.
Tried un-install and re-install but no go.
On looking back NextGEN had updated just before as well, but I had thought it was still working then – cant be sure.
