Thanks for your response. As I stated in the initial message, the plugin is setup correctly, the Front-end 2FA page is also configured with the following shortcode “[wp-2fa-setup-form]”. However, I am still receiving these notifications.

There is a lot of traffic on the website, so these notifications are annoying, as I am receiving several a day.

Ok wow. That is unfortunate. How can I download version 4 again? Where can the paid version be purchased and how much is it?
