I updated the plugin to 2.5.1 and it still breaks my WP page. Once I deactivate the plugin I am able to edit my page.

I’m having the same issue. The client uploaded images but they are not attached when we open the ticket. It was working great until version 6.2.0 was released. Is there a fix for this? We updated to 6.2.0 aa few weeks ago.

Patrick thank you for your prompt reply. We have solved the issue by adding the “Captcha” in the field selection. We totally missed this and will now move our clients to your pro upgrade.
Great plugin!! So many features that make it easy.

I’m having the same issue. I even loaded the simple SSL plugin, cleared cache, checked for plugin conflicts and nothing seems to help.
I inserted the API for both types (check box and invisible) to see if that work and nothing.
