In reply to: [Advanced AJAX Product Filters] Filtering with WooEssentialIssue Summary:
I’m experiencing integration issues between BeRocket AJAX Filters and the WooEssential product grid module using Divi. The filtering functionality is not initializing correctly.
Details:
• When the shop page loads, the BeRocket AJAX Filters initialization function does not seem to be available.
• In the drop-down interface on the page, the option for the shortcode shows as “not available,” while the other three options are marked as available.
• As a result, the filters do not work as expected and the product grid does not update when filters are selected.
Questions:
Could you please advise on any configuration steps or modifications needed to ensure that the required BeRocket shortcode becomes available and the filtering functionality initializes correctly?
@adamdunnage by installing that everything is working!
Thanks a lot.@adamdunnage unfortunately running in troubleshooting mode had no effects, and no other errors/warnings was encountered.
