Hi
Thanks for getting back to me.
I’ve have changed the settings to force ssl as described and I am still have the same problems.
I have however noticed that there is no updates in the logs with any error message apart from the message at the checkout “Unable to process this payment, please try again or use alternative method.”
I have tried this with several cards of both myself and customer so I can rule out insufficient funds in the accounts.
Thanks
Hi
Thanks for getting back to me.
The error message appears every time I try to make a payment and it also has the time above the log for each failed payment.
Anything else you need please let me know.
Thanks,

In reply to: 301 Redirects HelpHi Steve, thanks for replying. Thats great news if it can be done via a plugin and it that simple. Appreciate your help.

hi @girlieworks
Thank you so much for your reply. Yes, its appears to have carried forward. I have spent the last few days trying to find out how to do what you recommended, but to no avail.
I don’t have any great knowledge in code, but I am very handy at following instructions if you know of anywhere that might be able to walk me through what I need to do?

Hi Thanks for your reply. I do have access to cpanel. Would you be able to shed some light on which files I need to change permissions on and which folder I would find them in?
I have tried to create a new FTP username and password but that has no effect when I try to update WordPress, the username is still greyed out and won’t let me change it.
Thanks
