In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] Localization IssueHello @tcumpston, check here https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/before-posting-read-carefully/ how to add and customize translation. Probably it’s easier to change the .po files we provide if you want to customize your translations.

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] Replace Icon?Hello @smorley44, you can fully customize icons, colors and messages.
Hello @crazyserb, this feature is already available, see “Enable Manual Chat Initiation” in Settings page. Be aware that enabling this feature uses more resources on your workdpress server.

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] Build windows clientHello @voiptools, take a look at WebHooks. You can get an http request when a new customer wants to chat (other hooks are available). It should be easy for you to develop an application that suits your needs.
Hello @gemmalcurran, we perfectly understand your concern.
Chat data is sent to our chat servers for the purpose of communication only. Chat servers are websocket based messages forwarders with added security and authentication. No data is stored there, no processing/mining is done. There is no database at all in these servers. Mining/profiling chat session is not our business and it will never be.
Chat data is stored on your wordpress server only, together with all your customers data. Our chat servers are faster because they rely on websockets. Your wordpress host generically cannot work with websockets, so it must rely on polling http requests, that’s why it’s slower and more resources consuming. This is the reason why we’re providing (for free) chat servers: to improve user experience and offer more features with less resources needed on your wordpress server.

In reply to: [3CX Live Chat and Talk] I’m looking for a wordpress pluginHello @menes3597
Let me first clarify that this plugin requires that you have installed the 3CX Phone System. Our plugin is not working as standalone video/chat module.
When you have the infrastructure ready, the plugin can be installed on your website. It is not a web conferencing plugin, but a live chat plugin. It will be publicly available to all users that they will visit your website. No isolation of who should chat or not.
I hope that I answered some of your basic questions.
Thank you.

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] issue with samsung mobile phoneHello @bmontgomery, do you get the same result with Chrome on mobile?
This is probably related to your theme.
Quick solution is to add a custom element to your theme and use triggers so you can position it wherever you want.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] Change some messagesHello @xszejdi and @redcomtodoenconectividad, if you already customized .po files or you plan to, you should use some tool to merge new strings to be translated into your po files. We suggest to use POEdit, it’s multi platform and very intuitive to use. Just tell POedit where plugin source code is, then click “Update from code”. You’ll see new untranslated strings. Translate, update and you’re ready to go.

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] Change some messagesHello @redcomtodoenconectividad and @xszejdi, as reported on the other thread, “Restart Chat”, “Please enter your name” and “Please enter your email address” are already added to translation files in version 8.1.7, you can see these strings in https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/projects/wp-plugins/wp-live-chat-support/ when you choose your language.
If you are using some custom .po files, be sure to update them to get the new strings to translate.
Regarding “Leave a message” and others: you can customise all these strings in Settings -> Offline Messages.
