This feature is available if you choose from the plugin the Standalone mode.

Let me make it clear that there is no paid version of the plugin. The plugin is free for use for both mode – Standalone and 3CX.
Maybe the support guy was referring to purchasing support ticket. We will do an internal check.
The pages that your mentioned “webhooks”, “quick responses” are leading to confirmation lists that you can add/remove the respective entries. If you get page not found, might be that something related to your site configuration is causing the problem (Plugins, Themes).
As a first step, what we suggest is to try to disable some of those plugins that you are using, and check the behavior of the plugin.If this does not work, please get in touch via email at [email protected] to give it a closer check.

I see that the live chat module is visible on your website. Did you managed to overcome the issue with settings page?
If not, please give it a try to disable one by one the plugins on your website and check the behavior of the settings page. If this is the case, please let us know the name of the plugin affecting this behavior.
