I understand your frustration as you haven’t been refunded but just because the 30 days money-back guarantee were expired.
It happened to me many times as user of Premium plugins, but that’s a very basic refund policy that we agree with when decide to purchase a product.
This kind of “revenge” never pay off.

Go to settings / general / scroll down the page “reset settings”

Did you check your timezone format on your wordpress website?
also go to “settings / booking rules” and click “Update settings”
Disable any caching plugin if present.
