I’d like to edit the booking form to add a text box under one of the services (Repair Jobs) to allow the customer to specify what type of repair they need.

I’d also like to remove the Leave a Message text box from the booking summary page of the Booking appointment form.

We don’t have an option for that, you could use a CSS rule to hide it.

Finally, I’d like to edit a button from saying Reschedule to Change Booking.

You can use LocoTranslate or WPML

Make sure you have scanned the text strings before starting with the translations.
