it’s an interesting case, unfortunately we don’t have a feature for that.
An option could be to create a Waxing service only for you, so you can decide which days of the week you can provide it.
Alternatively you could consider to request a custom feature development to have a special scheduling feature added.

by default, our plugin prevents multiple bookings for the same assistant on a given date/time slot from front-end booking form, unless you have activated the “multiple customers” options.
If this is not your case, and you have double verified that, please share a video using this tool:
Where we can clearly see how do you add these reservations and how the issue happens.
