the import tool works, try deactivating all your current plugins, and activate a WordPress standard theme and make a test.
Also have a look at your developer console for possible JS errors.

try importing the CSV demo file and see what’s happen.

did you recently changed the rule and the reservation that you don’t see was made before your change..
Try enlarging the time range of your current booking rule, just to reveal that reservation and understand what’s wrong with that.

I can confirm you that these text strings:

can be replaced using translation as I suggested before, make sure you click “Synch” button before start translating.
Search for “Salon name” string, “Salon email”, and “Salon address”.
We tested and it worked.
