In reply to: Can’t get onto my websiteHello, @andersonsfabrication,
After reviewing your site it looks like there may be an issue on the server. You’ll want to contact your host at this point (domain.com), or if you want to toy with the .htaccess, that may be the culprit.

Also, once it does come up, be sure to add a – to wp-admin. 🙂

In reply to: Website DisappearedHello, @roamthehorizon
It looks like your website is up and I can get to it as well as the administrative login page. http://roamthehorizon.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Froamthehorizon.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1
This here shows your DNS is functioning https://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/roamthehorizon.com
Here is an example of your website loading: https://imgur.com/a/Ph1qVDK
At this point, if you are unable to log in I would recommend clearing all your browser cache. If that doesn’t help with anything you may want to reach out to Bluehost as they seem to be your host.
Regards,
– Chris

In reply to: Plugin disappeared – Permissions issueYou will first need to log in to the hosting account or directly into the cPanel itself. Once in the cPanel or whatever control panel, the host is using, you want to look for the File Manager.
Once in the file manager, you’re looking for public_html and then whatever folder the website is living in. “user_public_html/Mywebsite.com/”
Enter the directory where the website lives and locate /wp_content/plugins/.
Once in the /Plugins directory, a list of plugins will be shown. Find the related plugin and either right click to change permissions or often times the perms will be located in a column on the right sidebar.

In reply to: No plugins show upHello,
Do you have access to /wp-admin?
If so, like @jaycbrf said, check your user for admin priveledges. If you have admin priveledges, then go to the plugin area and take a screenshot. Attempt adding a plugin and if an error appears screenshot the error and provide that, please.
Then we can further diagnose/resolve your issue!
