I rolled back to the previous version (1.3.2) and it now works as expected. The issue appears when updating to 1.4.3
As a quick note, I tried “US” as a default and “United States” as well as “United States (US)”, yet that doesn’t make the country selected or turn the state into a drop down so you can select. I assume US is the correct default as that’s the option value.
