In reply to: [Zeno Report Post] Use with custom Post Type?Resolved, the code above is my solution.
Great work Marcel!Thank You Greg for the help!
I’ve al solution for the mentioned Plugin here.
However, thanks to your snippet for the shortcode, I am now further along and can “ create” other things with it. Great!
Hello Greg!
Great! I will send you as soon as possible using the contact form. I would also like to proofread the German formal version completely.
I don’t think it will take a week 😉
Thank You Greg!
Well, thanks to the video, I’ve solved that. Fine! Also good to see what possibilities (custom template) it gives me.
How can I remove “Subject” from the form (because this still belongs here)?
Thank You Greg!
I’m repeatedly using the options, but the key selection there… had obviously passed me by before.
Great, now many settings have been adjusted.
Your support here is excellent!
Thak You Greg, this works fine!
For the gallery I’ve found this: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/make-category-required-field/
But I please give a hint to set price plan by default.
Thank You again!

In reply to: [Zeno Report Post] Use with custom Post Type?Hello Marcel!
Thank You so much! Now with Your hint I’ve got the solution:
function add_zeno_report_post_the_content_add_report_button() {
if ( function_exists( 'zeno_report_post_the_content_add_report_button' ) ) {
$post = get_post();
if ( 'advert' === get_post_type( $post ) ) {
add_filter( 'adverts_the_content', 'zeno_report_post_the_content_add_report_button' );
// advert single page
}
if ( 'page' === get_post_type( $post ) ) {
remove_filter( 'the_content', 'zeno_report_post_the_content_add_report_button' );
// shortcode pages
}
}
}
add_action( 'wp', 'add_zeno_report_post_the_content_add_report_button' );This Snippet works for me.
Your plugin is currently unique. There is no other “reporting” tool! When I play through the possibilities of what can be done with it… I would love to support it!
I’m not a programmer, but a critical user of plugins. And a good beta tester 😉
For example, if you see the options of “Admin Menu Post List” (I still have the plugin in use):So I could imagine that with the selection for Custom Post Types.
Thank You again!

In reply to: [Zeno Report Post] Use with custom Post Type?Hello @mpol !
Thank you very much! Both are quite good and help me. But the details are not perfect.
With the last code snippet I cannot (yet) prevent the report hint from appearing on the page with the shortcode for the display overview.
If I set the plugin to “nothing”, the snipet does not work. If it is set to “Link”, the insertion on the “advert” page works. In addition, the link is also set on the “page”.
It would be ideal to leave the setting in the plugin options off and only set it to “advert” via Snipet. But I don’t know how to do that on my own.
Conversely, querying “page” and then removing the link did not work with my on-board resources:if ( 'page' === get_post_type( $post ) ) {
remove_filter( 'adverts_the_content', 'zeno_report_post_the_content_add_report_button' );
echo "!page!";
}I see !page! like expected, but also the link :-/

In reply to: [Zeno Report Post] Use with custom Post Type?Hello Marcel,
this works, thank You.
I had tried to code in the single.php of the plugin or to use ‘add_action’. ( https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/report-ads-and-like-button/ )
However, both fail due to obvious errors in the plugin. I’ll report this to the developers there.Thanks to the snippet I have and ‘report ad’, but also in the overview pages.
Can I filter so that pages are excluded?
Thanks for your quick support!
Hello @malthead
Well, the encoder protects against automatic methods of retrieving email addresses. Manual access (by humans) or other things that I don’t want to name in public cannot be prevented. After all, you ultimately want humans to be able to see the e-mail address.
Just for your information: I use the encoder to hide entire contact forms from bots, which is 99.9% successful. But at least on one website, a SPAM message still comes through this form. Which is only possible if the form is displayed by a browser that uses Javascript …
This may be the case for you. You may be able to use explicit logging to find out where the access is coming from and then, for example, take further measures with a geo-blocker. Because if you publish an e-mail address, the target group may be smaller than the www.Cheers!
Hello @stonecutter !
I can see that the encoder is working correctly.
In the source code (view source) everything looks coded as it should:And of course you can see the phone number in plain text in the ‘Inspect’ developer view, as this is what the browser provides – which is also correct, as this is the ‘human mode’. You can also see that the encoder is working correctly here, because the fall-back (script is blocked) ‘protected email’ is displayed.
I am a bit perplexed by your message, google has captured the phone number and ‘protected email’!
Are you sure that this is from the current release or was it possibly entered at a time when you had the phone number in plain text by trial and error and the encoder was also running?I have never encountered such a situation (with >30 websites). I also have blog posts where the encoder is used manually. There may be a risk in the excerpt that the shortcode gets into the feed or the excerpt and is not resolved there – i.e. the instruction ‘[eeb_protect_content] …’ would be visible in the excerpt!
However, this cannot be the case with your footer integration.Try to acquire a new indexing by google, whether the mentioned circumstance remains or is ‘overwritten’, which I consider to be plausible.
Hello @stevendigital, please look at this treadt: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/complianzs-email-address-obfuscation-is-worse-than-nothing/ and the linked tread in Email-Encoder.
I strongly advise you not to use this outdated function. It is as insecure as you yourself suspect!
Wait for a solution from the plugin author, until then use one of the ‘patch methods’ as described by me: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/html-entities-will-be-overlooked-by-email-encoder/#post-18254980Hello @stonecutter
in inspector you will see what the browser shows. To check the encoding, use “view source code”:
<h2 class="title"><span class="lead">VOICEMAIL</span> <span>TXT MSG</span></h2>
<span class="subtext"><h1><span id="eeb-575172-400693"></span><script type="text/javascript">(function(){var ml="05-28",mi="414240020434",o="";for(var j=0,l=mi.length;j<l;j++){o+=ml.charAt(mi.charCodeAt(j)-48);}document.getElementById("eeb-575172-400693").innerHTML = decodeURIComponent(o);}());</script><noscript>*protected email*</noscript></h1></span>This is the encoded Headline, works fine!
<div class="elementor-element elementor-element-8761a13 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor" data-id="8761a13" data-element_type="widget" data-widget_type="text-editor.default">
<div class="elementor-widget-container">
<h1><span id="eeb-81562-752026"></span><script type="text/javascript">(function(){var ml="2-085",mi="343132212303",o="";for(var j=0,l=mi.length;j<l;j++){o+=ml.charAt(mi.charCodeAt(j)-48);}document.getElementById("eeb-81562-752026").innerHTML = decodeURIComponent(o);}());</script><noscript>*protected email*</noscript><i class="eeb-encoded dashicons-before dashicons-lock" title="Email encoded successfully!"></i></h1> </div>
</div>
</div>And this is in the footer while is also shown the green lock.
All works like expected 🙂
If you like to make the phone number encoded and clickable, please look at the other newest treads in the support forum were I’ve just reposted to others.
Cheers!

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Stuck on Complianz pageHello @alirezavn !
If You have ftp access to the web, rename the complianz plugin folder.
Or, if not, you first install this plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-file-manager/
Hope, this helps
Hello @elo8617 I am glad to have helped!
You can also encrypt your contact form, which helps considerably against SPAM. See here https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/encoding-cf7-shortcode/#post-12927906 for how to do this.
I invented ‘do_shortcode’ as a feature at the time and use it for many things.
Cheers!
