I cannot access the site now, so I can’t tell you the version number. This time, restore has not worked yet; I am going through that process again now. However, the date on the folder from the last update (which would have occurred shortly after the notice was posted that the update was available) is 7/19/11.
This is a basic version; there was a one-time fee of $5.
Also, I see that this issue has been posted by other users recently (3 days ago). Perhaps it is the same underlying issue, and they may be able to provide more detail.
To answer your questions:
No, the files were not changed since those were installed (a couple of months ago). The crash occurred immediately after updating to the new version. I thought there had been another update, but I was wrong – it is still the same version.
I saw today that there was an update, so loaded the update and it crashed again:
This is all that is displayed from my blog page:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wpCSL_initialize_license_options() in /home/content/11/6256411/html/bigfootclub/wp-content/plugins/moneypress-commission-junction-edition/cs-cj.php on line 54

In reply to: [Rating-Widget: Star Review System] [Plugin: Rating-Widget] RATINGS WIDGETYou are correct – there is no reference to rating-widget in the footer. How do I amend this?
Also, I noticed that the string you referred to in the previous reply: ?>}); was not in the rating-widget.php file loaded onto my blog. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling again, to be sure that I had the most current version, but it is still not there.
I like your rating widget better than other options and would like to get it to work. Can you offer any other suggestions?

In reply to: [Rating-Widget: Star Review System] [Plugin: Rating-Widget] RATINGS WIDGETI had installed it before it was approved for WordPress v3.1, so I uninstalled it. Now it is approved for 3.1, so I installed it again, but the behavior is the same. When I change a setting, there is an error on the page and the change is not saved.
The url is http:\\thebigfootclub.com\bigfootclub\. I will reactivate the rating widget for you to see, but nothing is being displayed on the pages.

In reply to: Like/Dislike Rating PluginI found one new option, but still nothing that works on the current version of WordPress as a simple thumbs up/thumbs down rating for readers.

In reply to: NEW WP USER: ACCESS TO FORUMSThe login information for my WordPress blog does not work for accessing the forums or commenting on plugins. I still have to log in under this separate account. That’s OK – I do have access to the forums now.
