I’m also experiencing this issue. My rates are set to Retail and I don’t really see errors in the debug log, yet the option for USPS Ground is still missing on checkout. Not sure about the shipping zone thing as I can seemingly choose USPS Ground shipping for anything else I may buy on the internet to the same zip code. Any help with this would be amazing, I’m a little lost.
