I have re-done some testing to make sure where the problem is:
Tested woocommerce only with Twenty-twenty five theme – works perfectly
Tested woocommerce with Divi theme – works perfectly
Tested woocommerce with tutor lms – cannot add to cart.
I am in the middle of testing for this course so it can go live. I get it’s a free product but everywhere in your documentation it says woocommerce works with the free version of Tutor LMS.
Is there an ETA for this?
When you click on the add to cart button – this is what you get in your cart – https://snipboard.io/WHlev5.jpg, because the cart is empty a customer cannot move forward and pay for the course.
How do I get this to actually add the product to the cart please?
yes please, I need the add to cart functionality to work.
Yes, the page looks fine and always does when you clear all the caches. Did the product actually add to cart when you clicked the links to see if the functionality was working?
Maybe I didn’t emphsize this part of the issue enough –
Issue Description
Course pages display “VIEW CART” buttons instead of proper WooCommerce “ADD TO CART” buttons. The buttons generated have Tutor LMS classes (
tutor-btn tutor-btn-outline-primary) instead of WooCommerce classes (add_to_cart_button ajax_add_to_cart) and link directly to cart page rather than triggering WooCommerce’s add-to-cart functionality.Expected Behavior: Course pages should show “ADD TO CART” buttons that properly add products to WooCommerce cart Actual Behavior: Course pages show “VIEW CART” buttons that simply link to empty cart page
If you had clicked on the link you would see that nothing has been added to the cart – no functionality; the cart is empty.
Please assist.
I have solved #1 but have another question to add.
4. How do I change the font colour on alternate rows on the table please?
I found the problem, there is a little down arrow that shows a display for a ‘drop-down’ (I’m using radio buttons, not drop down) that defaults to what ever is shown the label with – between words. This is what is written to the database. This needs to be deleted and then tabbed back in by tabbing through the above label.
If you haven’t clicked the down arrow, then you won’t see and won’t have a clue its a problem.
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [BackUpWordPress] No backup – No errorstill having the same issue @katmoody, I had removed your backup plugin and managed to get 1 backup from another plugin, the 2nd plugin now doesn’t work. I have removed that and returned to your plugin because it still works fine on all my other sites. I have enabled support.
I am going to ftp the site to my hard drive so I can update it to the latest version of wordpress.
This is the only site that has woocommerce running!
Any help you can give would be great.
