Again THANK YOU!!Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Issue with clickable imagesOk….I found “classic block” under block manager. It was already checked, un-checking disables it. So how do I get into the classic editing mode?
Hello,
Good news…I have the issue with the menu location resolved!
Thank you for your help.
This forum is amazing for the quick and great help.
I have marked this topic resolved.
Again thanks.I have returned everything back to the way it was…..added your suggested code and now I have the title and description where I want it.
The menu is now below the header but the menus are working properly.
Now I just need to get the menu moved into the center of the blank space below the header image.All of this started when my menu reached it max limit of about 90 items.
There seems to be no easy fix to make the menu larger.Thank you for your help.
WayneThank you for your help….that fixed the title and description issue.
Now I have an issue with the menu.
I wanted the menu to line up in the blank space under the header image.
I was able to get that where I wanted it by adding to
.main-navigation a {
position: relative;
top: -75px;
left: 65px;
this may not have been the correct way as now the drop down child and grandchild menus are not where they should be and all I have are bars in the header.

In reply to: [Superhero] Two Questions…Kathryn,
Thanks for the help and yes,- removing the “.” did the trick.
Definitely I would like to keep all my modifications. I have downloaded the Jetpack plugin and activated it…. can I just copy and paste the current Sidekick and Superhero CSS files into the custom CSS or do I have to write a new one? (I see that there is a new “default” CSS in my sidekick editor, does that include all the changes?)
Can you give me more detailed help in getting this set up?
I appreciate your help making my site exactly what I want.
again thanks,

The site appears to be back up now.

I did manage to get things the way I wanted but I had to do it manually…page by page. I added this to the “sidekick” CSS
.address {
color: #D7D7A5;
font-style:italic;
font-size:10px;
font-family:Georgia, “Times New Roman”, Times, serif;
}
and if I manually type <span class=”address”> in the text edit view I get what I want.
In the superhero CSS this is what is under address:
address,
.post-format-content {
margin: 0 0 1.5em;
}
I would like to be able to format this from the “Visual” tab but that seems to be controlled from the Superhero CSS.
