Hello,
We can see you got multiple Tables here on the same Page.
Can you try to count approximately how many rows all the tables on the page have in total?
If they have approximately a couple of thousand rows in total on this page combined;
If you use the free/Lite version of the Plugin and if your Tables on the Page ( the total number of rows from all tables on the same Page) have around a couple thousand rows, you can try our Cache and Auto-Update Cache Feature;
This can help with performance, but only up to around 5 to 6 thousand rows.
If your table(s) get larger than that, and if you reach the limits of your Hosting Server ( such as extremely slow load or crash of the Page), then you would need to try the premium Plugin’s server-side processing, there is no other way to solve that specific issue.
The reason is, with non-server-side tables, when the row count goes over a certain number, you can reach the limit of the Hosting Server, if you encounter extremely slow table load, or even crash the browser;
because in that case, all the rows are loading at the same time via the HTML of the browser Page; compared to server-side processing Tables, they use an Admin-Ajax call to only load one Table’s page at a time, which is useful for very large tables, but that would require you to move to SQL based Tables and import your Excel/CSV data in the Database.
We are unable to go into further detail about that here since that is a premium feature and this Forum is only for the Lite Plugin Support.
If you need more details/advice about that, please open a ticket on our main Support platform here and one of our Agents will respond as quickly as possible.If you don’t have a licence (or if it expired), please open a pre-purchase ticket which doesn’t require a purchase code.
Premium products are not supported in these forums, as per this comment by ww.wp.xz.cn moderators.
Thank you for understanding.

Hello,
Can you please confirm are you using a Table linked from a source Excel file;
Or are you importing the file to make an editable Table?
If you are using a linked Table via our Free/Lite Plugin version, can you confirm does your Excel have any Formulas or Merged Cells?
If so, Excel can’t be used in our Plugin if you have formulas on it or merged cells.
If you need to use formulas on a Sheet, the only way we have is with the premium Plugin for Google Sheets with Formulas, but we are unable to discuss any details here, since this Forum is only for the Lite/free Plugin Support.
If you are trying to import the file for an editable table – that means you have the premium Plugin version, which also prevents us from going in more details here.
If that is the case, please open a ticket on our main Support platform here,and one of our Agents will respond as quickly as possible.
If you don’t have a licence (or if it expired), please open a pre-purchase ticket which doesn’t require a purchase code.

If you are using our Free/Lite Plugin version and you don’t have formulas or merged cells, you can send us the Excel file here so we can inspect it and try to reproduce that error.
If the file doesn’t have any sensitive data, you can upload to weTransfer and send a download link here.
But if the file has sensitive data, you can still open a pre-purchase ticket on our Main support, then explain the issue and send them the file there on a private message, they will follow up and help you isolate the issue.
Kind regards.Hello,
If you had the Lite/free Plugin version installed, and now you purchased the premium version but you can’t see the Activation Settings, this means you need to delete the Lite version and download your full Version in order to install it; but we are not able to cover more details here, because this Forum is only made for the Free Plugin Support.
You can check the steps explained in this Documentation, though.
Since you’re using the Premium version of the plugin, if you require any further advice on that subject, please open a ticket on our main Support platform here and one of our Agents will respond as quickly as possible.If you don’t have a licence (or if it expired), please open a pre-purchase ticket which doesn’t require a purchase code.

Hello,
You can achieve this with our Excel-Like Editor Feature; but we are unable to go into any details here, because this Forum is only made to provide Support for the Lite/free Plugin version and this is a premium Feature.

Hello sharsharshar,
Basically, we don’t have any built-in solution to achieve your use-case.With our built-in ‘out of the box’ options for the Single Cell Shortcode, it is not possible to use a ‘shortcode inside a shortcode’ as you described.
You would need to insert the actual value from your cells as explained on our Documentation examples/tutorials and the initial example we gave.You can suggest this for future development, though – our developers will do their best to make a built-in solution in the future.
Please feel free to search on our suggestions page (https://features.wpdatatables.com/), to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can’t see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog if you’d like(https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wpdatatables/#developers), where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter(https://wpdatatables.com/newsletter/), so you’re informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
If you have coding skills and wish to try to make a custom solution now, the custom workaround example we sent is the only way to achieve it at the moment.
As we pointed out in our Documentation section regarding hooks/filters :
Please note that using hooks requires a certain level of programming skill, and our support is limited to only advice with an example.
We are unable to offer a detailed tutorial or explain each step of the code. Our developers have provided an example, which is the extent of our assistance, as they are currently focused on major tasks for plugin maintenance and are unable to undertake custom work.
Thank you for your understanding.
We hope that helps.
Kind regards.Hello,
You’re welcome.
Thank you, we appreciate the feedback and take great value from our user’s suggestions, it helps us improve the plugin for the future.
Kind regards.Hello,
My apology, we did not understand that at first, thank you for clarifying.
Yes, we can confirm it will be absolutely safe in that case.
When you uninstalled the premium version, then installed the free/Lite version – the vulnerability issues are not going to affect your installation, because all those premium functionalities are now disabled on the Lite installation.
Thank you.Hello,
Firstly, my apology, I did not add the part about the free/Lite version.
That is correct, these vulnerability flags were only found in the premium versions, such as SQL injection for example – or another flag which happened for front-end editing;
Both of these were fixed in our newer premium versions;
but when it comes to the Lite/free wpDataTables, it never had these features like SQL Tables or editing, so on the free/Lite version it will be absolutely safe.
That being said, our developers will still do their best to keep updating both Lite and premium versions, so when the Lite versions number goes over a certain point, all these ‘false positive’ security Plugin flags are going to stop happening.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we can absolutely confirm that for all Lite users, there is nothing to worry about in that regard.
Thank you.- This reply was modified 1 year, 11 months ago by wpDataTables.
Hello,
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
At the moment, we do not have such advanced calculations possible and the Formula column is not available in the Lite Version.
Since you’re using the Premium version of the plugin, please open a ticket on our main Support platform here, and one of our Agents will respond as quickly as possible, you can ask them and they will double-check if there is any workaround;
if not, they can at least guide you to the future development suggestions process.If you don’t have a licence (or if it expired), please open a pre-purchase ticket which doesn’t require a purchase code.

I am sorry to disappoint you, but there is currently no ideal solution for what you described.
In short, if you enable that option in the chart “follow table’s filtering”, then the chart will only load the rows which are visible on the source table on the same Page.
But, this is a premium function, so we are not allowed to discuss any more details in this Forum.Since you’re using the Premium version of the plugin, please open a ticket on our main Support platform here, and one of our Agents will respond as quickly as possible.
They will check if there is any kind of a workaround, or if not, they will guide you how to create a future development suggestion.If you don’t have a licence (or if it expired), please open a pre-purchase ticket which doesn’t require a purchase code.

Yes, we had a bug for the charts not properly rendering the X axis for Date values, but our developers fixed it with a quick update.
Can you please check, whether if you are using the premium or free wpDataTables, just make sure to update to the latest version and this issue should be fixed?
If it is still happening, please confirm which version do you have installed ( and if you use premium/or Lite Plugin) and we can double-check it.
Thank you.Hello pawelixon,

In regards to that vulnerability flag, yes, this happened in the Premium versions equal or older than 6.3.1.
Our developers fixed it in the later updates – so please update the plugin to the latest version and after that you won’t be seeing that flag anymore.
The latest premium version is currently 6.5.3.If you have any additional questions about the premium version, please open a ticket on our main Support platform here, and one of our Agents will respond as quickly as possible.
If you don’t have a licence (or if it expired), please open a pre-purchase ticket which doesn’t require a purchase code.

Hello Mariette,
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
1. In regards to the premium version of the Plugin, our developers quickly fixed any kind of vulnerabilities with the latest updates – so you must have had an old version installed.
The solution is to simply update to the latest version – you can always check the latest premium versions on our ChangeLog Page;
If you have any additional questions about the premium version, please open a ticket on our main Support platform here, and one of our Agents will respond as quickly as possible.If you don’t have a licence (or if it expired), please open a pre-purchase ticket which doesn’t require a purchase code.

2. In regards to the Lite version :
The Lite version does not have these functionalities (such as SQL based tables), so Lite version was never affected.
(For example, the Security Plugins tagged older premium versions for an SQL injection vulnerability, and the Lite Plugin does not have those functionalities)
The free and full versions of our plugin share the same slug name, which is why the security plugins are unable to differentiate between them.As Lite users, you don’t have to worry. If you’re commercial users, you will need to update the plugin to the latest version where we fixed all the vulnerability issues, but we also recommend keeping the plugin updated to the latest version as older versions are not supported, and should be used for testing purposes only.

Sorry to disappoint you, but at the moment, wpDataTables is not fully compatible for RTL.You can only try to devise some custom CSS to make it work, but native RTL support is still being developed.
Unfortunately, we don’t have an ETA on this yet.
If you wish to affect the development speed for it, you can add a development suggestion or upvote it if another user already did so.
Please feel free to search on our suggestions page (https://features.wpdatatables.com/), to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can’t see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list. You’re welcome, we are happy to advise.
We will keep following up with the developers. They will do their best to continue trying different ideas to somehow resolve this as soon as possible, even though we still can’t say an ETA on it.
Thank you for your understanding.
Kind regards.
