In reply to: [UTM Event Tracker and Analytics, UTM Grabber] Forminator SetupHi Repon, I hope you are doing well!
I was just trying to dig into this issue further, and was doing some test submissions on my form after I clicked on my Google ad. When I submitted the form the submission message didn’t show any data for the campaign, source, gclid or content data as it should. But when I go to the Events section of your plugin settings it shows that it hasn’t collected any data that I’ve setup to track on the form except it does show the gclid data. If it’s tracking the gclid data in the Events settings I’m wondering why it’s not showing that data on the form submission notifications…
On my Forminator form I’ve set all the parameters up the same, as hidden fields where the default value is a custom value mentioned on your plugin page (for example for gclid: {utm_event_tracker:gclid}), so I’m just wondering why it’s successfully grabbing the gclid value when I view the Events settings, but doesn’t show the gclid on the form submission.
Thank you very much for your time and assistance, Repon!

In reply to: [UTM Event Tracker and Analytics, UTM Grabber] Forminator SetupThank you for your suggestion, Repon, but right before I installed your plugin I added wordpress_utm_event_tracker_session to the Do Not Cache Cookies section of LiteSpeed’s exclude caching settings so it shouldn’t be caching the cookies… But perhaps it’s a LiteSpeed Cache issue?
I also have added the rest of the parameters as classes on the form Name input, thank you for bringing that to my attention.
Thank you for any assistance you can offer here, Repon!

Hi Peter,
Thank you very much for your advice! I tried making new keys and that did the trick (I can’t believe I didn’t think of trying that!). I also found that on the accounts that didn’t work, I had set up a couple IP addresses that bypass the reCaptcha, perhaps that had some thing to do with it but I’m not certain.
Thanks for your time and your assistance, Peter!
