Please review the documentation below first to understand the basic usage of the Header Builder.

When editing modal elements for mobile devices, you must first switch to the Tablet/Mobile Builder before editing the Modal area.
Please check the screenshot below.

You can try clearing the customizer cache via Apperance ▸ Customize ▸ Update Customizer Cache button, or completely disable the customizer cache via Apperance ▸ Customize ▸ Global Settings ▸ Performance ▸ Enable Customizer Cache, but disable cache will affect page loading speed.
If this doesn’t work, please provide the following information:
- Your site link.
- Newly added blog link.
- Versions of the Yuki Theme and Yuki Elegant Theme.

As you mentioned, the dark mode does not work for custom colors, only from preset color selections.

I checked your site and this is a feature provided by a third-party plugin, so we can’t help with that. You can ask for help from the plugin forums that offer this feature.

Excluding entire categories in Post Grid options is free feature, excluding posts is a premium feature.
