In reply to: [Broken Link Checker] Quickly exclude a domainHi @galbaras ,
I hope you’re doing well.
For now, the only way to exclude a domain quickly would be the one you mentioned initially:
navigate to the settings page, choose the Which Links to Check tab and enter the domain.
Note that the team keeps improving the plugin as mentioned before, but we can’t give you an ETA for this.

In reply to: [Broken Link Checker] Getting 10 reports each time the cloud scanner runsHi @galbaras ,
I hope you’re doing well.
I totally understand why you switched to the local version, but if you want to give it another try at the Cloud version, please let us know how it goes after clearing all Cron Jobs as explained by Patrick.
Usually, plugins create the needed Cron Jobs, but a backup before doing this is still recommended.
I hope to hear back from you soon.

Williams ValerioHi @arslanwebdesigner ,
I hope you’re doing well, and I’m sorry to see that you’re facing this issue.
Usually, there are no issues; in fact, I’ve tested the forms with pop-ups generated on Hustle, but it works properly – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wordpress-popup/
There may be some CSS or an asset conflicting with the forms.
Could you please confirm if enabling “Load Form Using AJAX” under the Form > Behavior > Rendering helps?
Option for ref – https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#rendering
In case it doesn’t, could you please add the form to a pop-up> publish it (it can be in a test page) and share the page URL with us?
In case there is sensitive info, you can duplicate the form > remove the sensitive info in the duplicate, and add this one to the pop-up, and share the page with us.
If possible, could you please also send us the URL to the theme page?(where it’s sold), so we can confirm if there’s a documentation.
I hope to hear back from you soon.

I hope you’re doing well.
Thanks for confirming, and I see that you already enabled the AJAX, but could you please specifically confirm that you enabled this option under the Form > Behavior > Rendering? https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#rendering
If you didn’t, could you please try it and then enable the Nginx cache to see if it makes any difference?

In reply to: Home Page Will Not UpdateHi @coreycalcote ,
I hope you’re doing well.
If that’s the case, the best way would be to contact them as you already did – https://www.support.cloudflare.com/
Or go to your domain registrar in case it’s not Cloudflare, and point the NameServers to another service; it could be your Hosting service (sometimes they have DNS Service as well), the domain registrar itself, or a new Cloudflare account that you can create.
It is important to note that when changing the NameServers, you may need to point the domain again to the server and any other service that uses DNS, like professional email accounts.
And a DNS propagation could take from a few hours to 48 hours normally, and during this time, the site might be unavailable.
I hope this helps.

Williams ValerioHi @marcopanichi ,
I hope you’re doing well, and I’m sorry to see that you’ve had a bad experience with the new version of Smush.
Regarding ads, it shouldn’t have ads; it does show the pro version features, but could you give us further info about what ads you’re getting?
I’ve also forwarded this to the Smush team so they can review it.
I hope to hear back from you soon.

Williams ValeroiHi @sambo107 ,
I hope you’re doing well and thanks for taking the time to give us this review 🙂

Williams ValerioHi @phalancs ,
I hope you’re doing well.
I was trying to replicate this but textare seems to be showing correctly – https://snipboard.io/sYAw6y.jpg
Could you please share the form export with us? You can use a service like pastebin to share the export.
Here is also more info about how to export the form – https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export
If there is any sensitive info, you can duplicate the form and remove the sensitive info before sharing it, but please leave the textarea where you’re having issues.
I hope to hear back from you soon.

In reply to: [Broken Link Checker] Unlinking a website from the hubHi @dscotmurdoch ,
I hope you’re doing well.
If you’re using the Hub connector and not the WPMU DEV Dashboard, you would need to log in to the previous Hub and disconnect the site from there – https://wpmudev.com/docs/hub-2-0/my-websites-overview/#views-grid-options
You can also use our form with the General Inquiry option using the email address associated with the new account – https://wpmudev.com/contact/
Our team will help you further.

In reply to: [Broken Link Checker] Local BLC 404’s across LinkedInHi @mattrock1 ,
I hope you’re doing well.
It usually depends on how LinkedIn manages blocking the bots, and this is quite normal behavior for external links like LinkedIn or Facebook.
You can check, for example, the links that the Broken Link Checker tries to skip on the cloud version – https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/broken-link-checker/#scanned-skipped
That being said, could you please share an example of a LinkedIn URL so we can test and confirm if it’s related to the same?
I hope to hear back from you soon.

Williams ValerioHi @hoppylorinc ,
I hope you’re doing well.
I’ve forwarded the case to the Branda team, and we’ll update you once there is news from them.
