Thank you very much for your interest in this plugin.
Yes, Duplicate Killer Free only works with the most recent form.
To monitor another form, you can simply duplicate the form you want to track. Once duplicated, it becomes the latest form created and will appear in Duplicate Killer. Then apply your settings, save, and you can use it normally.If you want to avoid this limitation, you can upgrade to Duplicate Killer PRO, which gives you access to all forms and lets you select exactly which ones you want to monitor.

At the moment, Duplicate Killer does not compare file attachments as a unique value — the plugin currently focuses on text-based fields (such as email, text, phone, number) to prevent duplicate submissions.
That said, this is a very good idea and a use case we’ve already noted. Comparing file attachments (for example by filename or file hash) would be a valuable addition, and it’s definitely something we’re considering for a future update.

Please update Duplicate Killer to the last version 1.4.4, hit Save button on Forminator DK Page and check error log.
I can see that you have a plugin for cache, please clear the cache before tests.
If problem persist i will need more details about your wordpress setup.
Please provide the full list of plugins installed/theme, version of forminator, wordpress and PHP.

Sorry for my late response.
Short answer: Duplicate Killer prevents capture, so no double payment.
Long Answer:
After some tests i can say that Duplicate Killer will block the payment capture and the form submit, but it won’t stop the PayPal popup / approval step from opening in the first place. Users can reach PayPal approval, but they won’t be charged if DK blocks the submission. The created order will simply stay uncaptured (and expire).Please check by yourself before going Live.

Yes, indeed. Quizzes are not supported yet.
Duplicate Killer support only forms, not quizz or polls from Forminator.

- Try to deactivate&uninstall the plugin and install again.
2. Also, can you try with another forminator form, just for the example? Create another Form and check the box into the Duplicate Killer menu just the email.
Let me know the result.
Is very difficult to identify the issue because you can’t provide an error log.

Please note that only below fields are supported:
Name, Phone, Email and TextFieldDo not forget to update wordpress core and plugins to the last version.
Do you see any error? Do you have acces to an error_log?

Could you please provide more details about your problem? Is there any error that you receive? Do you have acces to an error_log?
