In reply to: [Raffle Ticket Generator - Woocommerce] PHP Fatal Error on checkout in v5.0Sorry – we did not see this previously. We have released an update to fix the issue that affects our bronze (free) edition. This was not an issue with our other versions.
Unfortunately many woocommerce plugins are incompatible with HPOS. For many plugins, it is a major rewrite and HPOS is a recent change. We are in the process of building that compatibility, it just takes time. It will be in our next major release which is planned for this year.
Thank you. We have not quite finished our updates for php 8.2. We have a few things to clean up for the new release but we will have a release out soon for php 8.2.
Hi – Our free version does not support subscriptions. We are not allowed to discuss features etc of our paid versions on this forum per the ww.wp.xz.cn rules. You will need to contact wpraffle.com.

In reply to: [Raffle Ticket Generator - Woocommerce] Export to CSVNo – that how the export is handled in our free version offered here. You would need to merge those csv files manually.

In reply to: [Raffle Ticket Generator - Woocommerce] WPRaffle and SMSHi,
We tie into the woo email template. No one has asked for this. We will look into it and if it makes sense we will add it. Based on our project log, if we added it, it will be sometime in the fall.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Raffle Ticket Generator - Woocommerce] no numbers generateHi – That is expected as noted in our documentation. https://wpraffle.com/docs/bronze-instruction-manual/bronze-generating-tickets/
1. Paypal expressly prohibits using paypal for any charity fundraising raffles or any games of chance.
2. The Paypal plugin does not send the woocommerce trigger to change the status.
You will need to set up woocommerce to not accept Paypal for payments of the raffle tickets as we cannot support going against Paypals terms and conditions.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Raffle Ticket Generator - Woocommerce] WP Raffle issuesHi Steve. I apologize, I am not showing any unanswered support tickets. We are not allowed to respond to support for paid versions on this forum.
Our bronze version works fine on wordpress.com, but our paid versions require functions that ww.wp.xz.cn hosting does not allow. We have a few places on our website that indicate that. I will look at having our team make that more prominent.
If you will email us your support ticket number to [email protected], I will make sure one of our support team with get back to you asap.

In reply to: [Raffle Ticket Generator - Woocommerce] Odd Issue after migrationHi,
The info provided from the original posters message indicates that the issue is with a paid version of our plugin as that is the only version with the functions on our plugin that are as the OP described.
Based on the info provided, please open a support ticket on our site at https://online.wpraffle.com. Our understanding is that we are not allowed to provide any support for our paid versions via the forum per the notification from the moderator.
If this is for the free version of our plugin, then please provide more detail as what you mean by the license. Our free version does not have a license key.
@jdembowski Is there something I am missing, please let me know. Our original response directed them to our website to open a ticket and to provide the information on their ticket and that post got removed. Our response did not ask them to post admin access here – it was for them to open a secure support ticket for their paid version issue. I understand that we should not have asked to supply information in our support system in our response and we will not do that again.
I honestly do not understand what you are expecting us to do. I am not trying to be difficult. This question is about our paid versions, which you said we are not allowed to support here. We asked them to make a ticket on our website for support on our original response.
“If they are paying customers (such as people who bought a premium service/product from you) then by all means, direct them to your official customer support system. But in all other cases, you need to help them here on the forums.” is what you said and that is what we did.
Going forward we will make sure that for any of the questions that are about or relevant to our free versions here that we will provide info to assist others who might experience the same issue. I am sorry that we provided unsatisfactory responses previously. We wish you a good rest of your weekend.

We will make sure we will not provide any support for our paid customers on your forum in the future. We apologize we thought we directed them to open a support ticket on our website.
Thanks for the info.
Hi,
As we have told you, the issue with with you hosting on a restricted wordpress config via wordpress.com. WordPress.com has many restrictions and various things are blocking our plugin from executing. We have refunded your order and we apologize for working in the USA where our hours are different than yours and we do not respond immediately at 2am and 4 am and 5am.

In reply to: [Raffle Ticket Generator - Woocommerce] WP Raffle issuesHi – I am sorry you do not like that we work USA hours. We have refunded your money and had refunded your order BEFORE you wrote this. As we have told you many times, you are using wordpress.com – that is different and that is RESTRICTED vs open ww.wp.xz.cn. WordPress.com has a list of many plugins that are not allowed. This plugin is complicated and needs to integrate with various parts of wordpress that wordpress.com does not support.
Also- all tickets were responded to the same or next day. You never waited 3 days for support. I am sorry that you feel we should be available 24/7. Note that we are responding to you at 5AM our time.
