I had the same issue.
I solved it by creating a second admin account. The “Documents” menu is visible when logged into that account. I was never able to solve the issue on my original admin account???
If someone else know the solution, I’d love to here it.

In reply to: [WP Document Revisions] Previously working document links now failI found a solution to this. The issue, in my case, was a conflict with this plug-in:
WP External Links
Deactivating the above plug-in causes the issue to disappear. I wish these two plug-ins could co-exist but WP Document Revisions is much more important to me and I’ll do without the WP External Links plug-in.

In reply to: [WP Document Revisions] Plugin doesn’t show in menuI have the same issue on just one site I use WP Document Revisions on (on menu fine on the other sites). Would love a solution for this. Deactivating/reactivating doesn’t help.
Update … I solved this by temporarily renaming my htaccess file (which had a http to https redirect in it), authorizing with Google and then replacing the htaccess file.

I also am getting this IP detect error message on a number of WordPress sites hosted on my dedicated server. I never saw this error before my recent Wordfence update.
I’d love to know:
1) How to correct the issue (if possible).
2) If I can safely ignore this if no fix is available.
