    We do promote some of our partner plugins inside our Setup Wizard. If you select to install any of these plugins, we clearly indicate that additional plugins will be installed in addition to AIOSEO. Perhaps you missed this message. In any case, I’m sorry that you found this process frustrating and we’ll take your feedback into account as we continue to fine tune this.

    None of these plugins should cause issues after they have been activated, and they can be deactivated and deleted at any time by going to Plugins on your site.

    If you are still seeing any issues, please share a screenshot with us so that we can look into this for you. You can also reach out to our Support team via the Contact page on our website at any time for help.

    Could you please tell me where you found the interface felt cluttered, or where you had problems figuring out the settings?

    Did you refer to our documentation or contact our Support team for help? If not, was there a reason for that?

    Also, did you use the Setup Wizard and SEO Checklist? Did you know these features were there and could help you with setting up All in One SEO?

    Thanks for leaving us a review for ​Broken Link Checker.

    I completely understand how frustrating it’s been to have all of these issues. This isn’t the experience we want our customers to have with Broken Link Checker, and it’s important to us that we hear from you so that our Support team can look into this.

    To address your concerns, ​Broken Link Checker does require credit card details to sign up for an account because the free account is restricted to 250 links scanned per month. If BLC scans more than 250 links in a month, then you’re automatically upgraded to the relevant paid plan to avoid interruption, and so that BLC can continue scanning all the links on your site. This isn’t intended to mislead; rather, it allows users to use BLC without any interruption.

    The notice you mentioned is indeed something we need to look into, especially given that it’s preventing you from continuing to use BLC. We’ll look into this and fix it.

    I’m glad to hear you found some aspects, like link correction, helpful even though they didn’t consistently meet your expectations.

    The false positives and issues with fixing links that you’ve encountered are something we definitely want to investigate, as that shouldn’t happen.     Please update to All in One SEO version 4.9.6.2 to get this fix.

It’s unlikely that any slowness is as a result of All in One SEO, which has been developed to be very fast, so we’d like to work with you to investigate this.

    We released a fix for this in All in One SEO version 4.9.5.2. Please ensure you update to the latest version of All in One SEO to get the latest enhancements and fixes.

We know that it can be frustrating to feel caught off guard by any terms of service, especially concerning payment.     Our product is designed with specific features to ensure efficiency, and we do disclose on our ww.wp.xz.cn page and our website that the plugin is free, allowing for scanning up to 250 links each month.

    We do state that you’ll only be upgraded if you exceed 250 links per month, and this is indeed why we require a credit card when you sign up for an account. The monthly charges are minimal and cover the cost of our infrastructure, as all scanning is performed on our servers, not yours. This eliminates the issue that other broken link checkers have, where they use up resources on customer’s servers, slowing down their sites. That doesn’t happen with our plugin.
