Hi Rahul Kumar,
Apologies for the delayed response, and thank you for your patience.
We’re happy to let you know that variation-level discounts are now supported in the latest WPulse Pricing Rules for WooCommerce v1.1.1. This means you can now apply discounts to a specific variation, like your 650ml Dove Daily Shine Shampoo, without affecting other sizes.
We’ve also created a short video explaining how to set up these variation-specific discounts: [link to video].
Please update your plugin to the latest version and give it a try. If you find it helpful, we’d greatly appreciate it if you could leave us a review – your feedback helps us improve the plugin further.
Thank you again for your support!
Best regards,
Nitesh DasHi, Thank you for sharing the details and the screenshot links — that helps a lot. Based on the information you provided, it appears that you are currently using WooCommerce Wholesale Prices by Addify, not our plugin. Since: The plugin name differs from ours The author shown is related to Addify And you mentioned that the plugin was customized by Addify We recommend reaching out directly to Addify’s support team for assistance. As this is a different product (and a customized version at that), we’re unfortunately unable to provide technical support for it.
If you’re exploring alternative solutions or would like to see how our plugin handles wholesale and tier pricing, we’d be happy to provide more details and help you get started.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Wholesale & Tiered Pricing for WooCommerce] Users with Multiple RolesHi,
Thank you for your kind words and for using Wholesale & Tiered Pricing for WooCommerce. We’re happy to clarify both of your questions. 1. How Pricing Rules Work with Multiple Roles
When a user has multiple roles (for example, Administrator and Shop Manager), the plugin applies pricing based on the primary role.
The primary role is the first role assigned to the user in WordPress.
- Rules are matched against the primary role only
- The first matching rule in the rules list is applied
- Example: If a user has both Administrator and Shop Manager, and Administrator is listed as the primary role, only rules targeting Administrator will apply
Practical Tip
If you want a rule to apply to users who have either Administrator OR Shop Manager, create a rule that includes both roles in the User Role selection.
The plugin fully supports rules that target multiple roles within a single rule. 2. Support and Contact Support Buttons
You are absolutely correct — the Support and Contact Support buttons in the Documentation sidebar currently do not have links attached.
This is a bug on our side, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion.
In the meantime, you can reach us through:
- ww.wp.xz.cn Support Forum:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/wholesale-tiered-pricing-for-woocommerce/
We will include proper links for these buttons in an upcoming release so they correctly direct users to our support page.
Thank you for the video.
After reviewing it carefully, we’re not seeing any indication that our plugin is active in your setup. The pricing interface and logic shown in the recording do not match how our plugin works.
Before we proceed further, could you please confirm:
- That our plugin is installed and activated
- The exact plugin name and version currently active
- A screenshot of your Plugins page
It’s possible that a different pricing/tiered plugin is currently handling the discounts.
Once we confirm that our plugin is installed and active, we’ll be happy to investigate further.

Thanks for reporting this — I understand the issue now.
It looks like the tiered pricing logic may be applying the discounted rate for logged-in users with the “Retail Customer” and “admin” roles without properly validating the quantity condition. I’ll need to review the role-based pricing and quantity calculation logic for both single and variable products.
Please allow me some time to investigate this and reproduce the issue on my side. I’ll update you as soon as I have a fix or more information.
Hi,
Thank you for your patience.
I’m happy to let you know that the issue has now been resolved on our end. I’ve shared an updated plugin file with you that enables setting fixed prices and tiered rules for individual variations as expected.
You can download the temporary fixed version from here:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Usj-lLapYECkizkfcBxLa-Tsqu9I2vxS/view?usp=drive_linkPlease note that this is a temporary fix. The changes will be fully merged and officially released in an upcoming plugin version, so you won’t need to apply any manual updates after that release.
Thanks again for reporting this and helping us improve the plugin. If you need any help testing this or notice anything else, feel free to let me know.
Best regards,
NiteshHi Jephst ,
Thank you for reaching out and for taking the time to check the documentation — we really appreciate it.
You’re right: the documentation mentions that pricing rules and tiers can be applied per variation of a variable product. However, at the moment, this feature is not working as expected in some cases, which is why you’re not seeing the options for variations.
We’re aware of this issue, and our team is already working on fixing it. The ability to set fixed prices and tiered rules for individual variations is definitely intended, and we plan to resolve this within the next few days.
Once the fix is released, we’ll let you know right away.
Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience and understanding — especially as this is still a relatively new release.Best regards,
NiteshHi Roberto,
Sorry for the late response, and thank you very much for your patience and for the detailed feedback—we really appreciate it.
We’re happy to let you know that this issue has been fixed in our new release, version 1.0.7. The Global pricing rule now works as expected, without requiring you to duplicate the same rule for individual user roles.
Please update the plugin to v1.0.7 and let us know if everything works well on your end.
Thanks again for helping us improve the plugin 🙏
Best regards,

In reply to: [Wholesale & Tiered Pricing for WooCommerce] Tier TableHi Kyle,
Sorry for the late response, and thank you for your patience.
Thanks for reaching out and for sharing the details and screenshots. From our end, this feature is working as expected. However, the issue may be related to a product-specific configuration or data inconsistency.
To better understand and debug the problem, could you please export the affected product (JSON export) and share it with us? This will allow us to review the tier settings, role assignments, and related metadata in detail.
Once we receive the product JSON file, we’ll investigate further and get back to you as soon as possible.
Best regards,
WPulse TeamThank you so much for your kind words and support! We’re really happy to hear the plugin worked well for your store. Your feedback and suggestions mean a lot — we’ll keep improving it to make it even better.
