I’m an idiot, I did delete my site’s cache but forgot to delete the browser’s cache. Now it works just as expected! Thank you soooo much, Ervvan!

I followed your suggestion by adding the line “greeting_dialog_display=’hide’” right after <div class=’fb-customerchat’; and then I cleaned up my cache and reactivate this FB chat plugin, however, the greeting bar at the bottom still shows while entering our website.Here’s the screen capture of adding the line: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1AT3xtyDz8fkqDEssQ5sK8x04lgcU-avg/view?usp=sharing
Is there any step that I might have missed to make this change go live immediately?

The program we used is PAW.
After seeing your reply, we quickly change to POSTMAN for a try, however, the situation seems remained:
1. use key and secret:

2. pass the key and secret as URL:

We just tried your another suggestion- passing the key and secret, but somehow it doesn’t work either.

Confirming that my friend did include the consumer key and secret for the basic authentication while performing the request. Is there anything else you may suggest us to do?
