When you hover your ticket its shows Edit/delete option. https://puu.sh/rZl7d/2df531d6ad.png
But if you have admin permission admin also can be edit others ticket for fix typo or or change agent ticket answers.

This is really helpful for support manager or admin to check and fix support agent answer.

Open Share.widget.php and follow.widget.php

and change this line $this->wp_widget
to
parent::__construct
