Nevermind. I dug down into the php. Found the offending file. Changed the get_the_content length manually. smh. Here was the file, if anyone else cares: (inc/compatibility/elementor/skins/class-airi-athemes-blog-skin.php)

- Airi blog widget that I use in the Elementor page build doesn’t appear to work style-wise, or else the widget is not being used
- Excerpt disappears completely
- Once the Settings > Reading is specified, I cannot edit that page in Elementor and therefore cannot select style options for the widget
- I lose all the footer sections
The settings should be able to be set in the theme customizer. But it’s not working. I’m confused.

Thank you so much for responding! The site is hosted at 1&1 as an addon domain.
I used the Duplicator plugin to migrate the site and database. To do this, I first created a new database via 1&1’s dashboard mysql.
I just looked at the database tables now and no, the wp_give_formmeta is NOT there. The wp_give_donormeta and wp_give_donors are there though.
Just checked against the localhost database and also missing on the server site are wp_give_logmeta, wp_give_logs, and wp_give_paymentmeta
What do I do? I haven’t run into this before. Thank you!

I upgraded to the latest version just now and I’m still having the same issue. I make changes to the form and add multi-level donations but when I click update, all the levels disappear. Or I click on the button style in display options, hit update and it reverts to “all fields.”
Please help! Or I’ll need to get different plugin and I really like yours.
It does seem all of the content is there and the custom css is all there. I didn’t make too many changes to the theme files, just configured the layout etc through the theme’s dashboard, so maybe the backup does exist and will work. I saved a copy of the custom css also in a text file, just in case. But the theme’s new version doesn’t seem to be working even as it’s default state now, so I’m not sure what’s going on.
thank you … I assumed that the backup created when I was presented with the option to upgrade the existing theme was sophisticated enough to maintain all the new customizations. I have an earlier version of it on my local host via Desktop Server and Duplicator, but there were quite a few changes since then. I should have not trusted the backup option. I hope it can be restored … I’ll find out.
Okay Chris, thank you so much for getting back to me about it. I have opened a ticket with the vendor so hopefully this can be resolved shortly.

I upgraded it before launching. The site was working fine on the subdomain … now all is working EXCEPT the homepage that uses this plug-in in the marquis slider.

While I was doing the screen grab, I noticed a field — perhaps this is new in the new update? — that reads:
Total Spaces 0
Individual tickets with remaining spaces will not be available if total booking spaces reach this limit. Leave blank for no limit.I don’t know what that means … individual tickets with remaining spaces??.
This field seems to be redundant, since I’ve already specified there are 10 tickets available in the tickets popup.
However, when I deleted the 0 and left the field blank and updated to publish the page, lo and behold, the booking field now appears correctly on the site! http://pameladesbarres.net/?event=los-angeles-8-week-writing-class-2012-05-08
When I looked at the edit page again, however, the 0 had reappeared in the field — the field’s no longer blank. After update, though, the booking field is still fixed.
So it looks like this solves the problem, though not clear why. (I’m happy to help you with the text there, Marcus, that might be more clear, once I know what it’s supposed to be telling me.)
Also, agelonwl, Thank you for pointing out the console error … not quite sure what to do about it however … any suggestions / references?
Also, since you’re looking into this, Marcus (thank you!), I had another user email to say that she wasn’t able to get any response when clicking the “send your booking” button with IE. She’s tried many times. (The PayPal button isn’t working either for her.) I’m looking for any issue fixes via FAQs and searching forums, but thought I’d ask … it works on other browsers.
