Thankyou for your help Hardeep, i have installed a highly rated Spam Stopper plugin, there are no un-trusted plugins in my wordpress site, when i started this site i was a complete novice and added a couple of bad plugins and it was a nightmare but i now realize the importance of trusted plugins.

Will i lose anything by trying it?
I have put a lot of work into this website, i am new-ish to wordpress and still feeling my feet, changing the theme and undoing things already done gives me the chills.. I am dyslexic and every task is a challenge that takes me ten times longer than anyone else.
