I don’t even know what Jetpacks does…. anyway, I turned off Lazy Loading and that fixed it.

I have had trouble with reuploading images as well, I want to make sure I am doing it properly.
I go to Open User Map (WordPress Sidebar)> All Locations > Select Location > Upload image to reupload an image or fix an image that is rotated incorrectly but it will not update on the map.
Am I doing this properly? or is there another location to edit the locations?
