I found the settings, just in case someone else may have the same issue, here is what I did.
If you are using the latest version of plugin AND have switched to “New Data Explorer” you will not be able to see these settings, you have to use the classic “Data Explorer”. When view the table list in “Classic Data Explorer” under the table name, if you click the “Manage” button, this displays various tabs for the table, including “Setting” (on my dashboard, its the second tab ) and within there you will find all these settings.

Well the website is good for online ecommerce, but can also be used to take MoTo, but I have found a plugin that enables manual payments using stripe MoTo for WooCommerce. So we can close this.

Did you manage to get this sorted, I have same requirement.
Excellent site, I am impressed, I did try the method you mentioned, unfortunately it doesn’t work on all types of products for me, we are using woocommerce extension called “Name your price”, this allows our donors to donate as much they would lie by providing an text box for the price, this is the only one that is not working in group product and this is our main requirement as well
