In reply to: Moved site to subdirectory using WP Toolkit: not workingUnfortunately I deleted the original install/root contents. So I cannot get to the WordPress dashboard.
I tried copying the original .htaccess and php.ini file back to the root directory from the subdirectory and trying the edit you suggested but it didn’t work. It made the main site not work/redirected to the subdomain.

Wow that was fast. Thank you. I’ve checked the two options via PHPMyAdmin and they are set to the correct subdomain that you have stated, but I noticed the URL is https not http.
EDIT: I deleted the .htaccess file and can access the homepage, but cannot browse to other pages. I’ve kept a copy.

Duplicator is working flawlessly again due to the website being on a new a server.
I suspect it was server issues that was causing the time-outs, because they have stopped now.

Thanks for your extensive reply.
I’m pretty lost beyond CSS which is why I thought I would ask how hard it would be to do.
I’ve added some CSS to my themes CSS file (display:inline-block and some padding) to the features menu to change the default style.
I’m pretty happy with how it looks now, and the friend I am doing the work for is really happy with the way we are using the portfolio plugin to display candidates for employment.
I was doing it as an example but he will probably end up using the example to set up the “Find Your Ideal Candidate” page at his actual website.

For the front end. Sorry for not being clearer.
I’d like to see if the features (the categories) menu at the top of a portfolio page can be turned into a list box, or how hard it would be.
Example here – http://www.zelky.com.au/omni/find-a-candidate
So basically have the features (ALLOCATORS/RETAIL ANALYSTS | JUNIOR MERCHANDISE PLANNER | PLANNING MANAGER | SENIOR MERCHANDISE PLANNER) in a list box, so that users can select a category in the listbox to access the candidates in that category.

I’m using “black studio tiny mce widget” to add the image instead. I could have used the standard text widget but I use “black studio tiny mce widget” instead as it makes it much easier for clients to edit content in the future.
There is definitely a problem with the image widget since the WordPress 3.5 update.

The image I was having problem is the blue “contact us now” button.
The widget was creating a second version of the image with square corners on the left hand side but the pre existing rounded corners on the right were still rounded. Very bizarre!
