I contacted the host and the domain server, I did everything that was instructed under the link you provided in regards to resetting the plugins folder, but I still cannot login….
Is there a step that I am not trying?

Would try all of those, but I still cannot get into the Dashboard. After typing in all the login and password info, it brings me to a white fatal error screen reading:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_network_admin() in /home/content/88/6571188/html/wp-admin/includes/menu.php on line 10
Then my next question would be, how can I access the FTP files to the site?<—–newbie.
