So this is definitely linked to variable products, but it turns out that the some recent woocommerce updates severely affected variable products and prices.
My workaround is now to turn everything into a simple product until they get this fixed. It’s a huge hassle but unavoidable.
Hi, I’m pretty sure this is the right plugin- I followed the links from my plugin screen and it leads here. Here is a new screen shot that shows the tabs. Should I select a different tab for you to see?

Going directly to any of our products and reviewing them works fine. Trying to submit from the cusrev page produces the error:
