Should the old API keys that were used for plug-in integration be deleted?
Hello, do you have any idea on the timeline to get the Advanced option working? Unfortunately, even the workaround doesnt work for me bc I cant find my personal account in FB search. I did the Basic connection like the OP, but would prefer Advanced if possible.

Hello, I can consider contacting my host regarding this question. The thing is this combination of mailer and your plug-in has been stable for quite a while, and it wasn’t until recently that this came up. I’m also in contact with Brevo to see if anything changed on their end.

It didn’t take me to an order confirmation page. I get email alerts on my credit card transactions, and didn’t get one within 15 minutes, so I completed the transaction again. After that, 2 charges came through in that same amount. “

I did find another old thread with a similar issue, and the advice was to find the fatal-error log, but I couldnt find it on my end. That thread ended up going into something about ngix and server latency, which is completely out of my range of comprehension since my website is on a hosted server (Bluehost).
Is there anything else I can check?

Hello, Ive been having a similar issue, but I think this comes up after the payer tries to pay for it the first time which causes the payment process to fail. I have a detailed log I can share with support.
I’ll enable logging, and keep an eye out for order fails. Im unable to reproduce the issue on my end.
