I was awaiting your reply on your other thread. I have tested again today with the area in Paris that your screenshots refer to – without issues on my demo page. Please try yourself over there. I will leave map style #1 activated for two days.
If it works there, this is likely to be related to lazy loading. Do you use a page speed plugin like Jetpack or similar?

Yes, you are right. Currently this uses the last_modified_date which shows the date when the location has been updated last time. It would make more sense to show the publish_date instead.
So this will be fixed with the next version (in a couple of days).

Just use the feature Settings > Open User Map > Form Settings > “Action after submit” (set it to refresh) AND activate the Feature Settings > Open User Map > Advanced > “Enable auto-publish for registered/unregistered users”. However, you will need the PRO version (free Trial available) to do this.

Regarding the error: That’s strange indeed. I’ve tested this on my demo page (see red sea) from my mobile (iPhone) without issues. Does this happen on mobile phone only? Which phone and OS?

The plugin is using a free API here. Which (because it is non-commercial) can’t fully compete to Google Maps. Although its quality increases with time I will think about having a custom search engine as a optional feature. Btw. “Center of the Universe Brewing Company” leads to a result in my test. - Likes and Flag-Options:
These are already planned with high priority. This will be part of a very next release.

Thanks for reaching out! Actually it does work on my demo page. Please see the Öresund Bridge Location near Copenhagen.
I think this depends on the encoding of your website or the Database encoding. Please see this post for possible solutions.

No, please see my explanation from before. Locations will be public only but you could hide the whole map in an area of your website that is restricted to registered users only.
The other feature (separate “+” Button) will come with one of the next releases. Probably in around a month. I’ll let you know.
