Hi Steve,
I haven’t yet used most of what All in One SEO has to offer. Since I have used so little of your product, I felt that a 4 rating was appropriate at this time. I do plan on utilizing more of its capabilities. The product isn’t lacking at all in my opinion, it’s a matter of incorporating what it offers, and that’s on me. I appreciate your correspondence, it shows that you care about your product and customer feedback. — Al

Hello Tajay,
My 4 star rating has nothing to do with wanted features or functionality. Since I only wanted one simple basic form, I thought a rating of 5 might be misleading to those who would be considering your product. If I had several forms that were much more intricate in design or functionality, and if there were no issues, a 5 would have been appropriate. If the need to add more forms to my site should arise, and there are no issues, I will gladly give a 5 rating. Thanks for asking about possible improvements to your product, it shows that you care. That means a lot to me as a customer. — Al
