Hi @geekgal
Thank you for your response.
We don’t provide these records – we can assist you with setting up your custom email however through the CNAME records which we automatically generate for you. Please see the following screenshot for where you can find these records: https://prnt.sc/ZkA3q3h17ipL
We’ve automatically generated the required DNS records (as CNAMEs) in your account.
To set them up:- Log in to your domain provider’s account (e.g., GoDaddy).
- Open your Domain Authentication settings
- Add these CNAMEs to your domain/DNS provider’s settings exactly as shown from Send settings.
Hi @geekgal,
Could you please share more details about your request? Specifically, which website is experiencing this issue so we can investigate directly from our side? Also, have you tried testing using the default email templates instead of your custom ones?Looking forward to your reply.
Best regards,

Thanks for getting back to us.
In this situation, critical errors are often caused by conflicts between Elementor and either the theme or a third-party plugin. Most likely, one of the plugins wasn’t updated and didn’t play nicely with the latest version of Elementor.
To avoid this in the future, I recommend keeping all plugins up to date. If you run into a critical error again, try disabling the plugins one at a time – just make sure to back up your site first so you can safely test where the issue is coming from.
Hi @juvepress
As Vipul mentioned, you won’t have any problems using Elementor on this WordPress version.

AlexHi,
Could you elaborate what seems to be the issue with the loop builder exactly? If you could send a screenshot or two, that would be great as well, so we can narrow down a potential cause of the problem.
Have a great weekend,

AlexHi,
Apologies for not getting back to you sooner. Did you manage to resolve the issue in the meanwhile? In case the problem still persists, please do the following:- Make sure you have a complete backup. See here: https://elementor.com/blog/backup-wordpress/
- Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, and server cache (if possible).
- Deactivate all plugins apart from Elementor.
- If this doesn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to the Hello Theme and see if it makes any difference.

Apologies for not getting back to you sooner. Are you still facing the same issue? Usually fatal errors occur when the Elementor version is outdated or due to plugin incompatibilities with other ones you might have installed at the same time. Do the messages still persist even after disabling all plugins except Elementor and switching to another theme?Hi @maddogkujo ,
Please try disabling Improved CSS Loading, from Elementor > Settings > Features: https://prnt.sc/Dlz1GU-A7Y-PAlex
