Disregard. I discovered that upon looking at the user, they were already set to the role of Store Vendor. When I made them a subscriber, they had access to the page.
How does a user request to be a vendor from this my-account page? I’m not seeing it.
Okay, so if a user is not registered I see the option to choose that they are a customer or a vendor. If they are registered and logged in (I checked and the shortcode you mentioned is present on the my-account page), the options they have in their dashboard are:
Dashboard
Orders
Downloads
Addresses
Payment Methods
Account Details
LogoutThe only other info on this page is this:
Hello Username (not Username? Log out)From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.
