In reply to: [Redirection] Not working in IE 11We did, and the error persisted. However, when we put the redirects manually into .htaccess and then tested them one-by-one, we found that several weren’t necessary–WordPress (or the server, not sure which) redirected them properly without the rule.
Next we’ll try reactivating the plugin and putting the revised rules back into it. Hopefully that will do the trick. 🙂
We’re using the WP All Import plugin to import from a CSV that includes all of the fields that Events Manager uses. It all works fine except for the issues noted above. We can tell it which fields to import and how to map them. Does that help? Thanks! 🙂
HI there! I’m sorry, the link I included was not complete. The videos are on this page:

In reply to: [Custom Permalinks] Updating Permalink after Changing ThemThank you! Yes, we updated the permalinks, but now have 111 broken links on our site. We’re not sure why they broke or the best way to fix. We’re unsure if they will redirect automatically eventually, or if they need to be fixed manually. If manually, should we include the original URL or the URL with the new permalink?
Thank you!
Hi!
I am still having this issue with Posterboard tile view showing all day events as “12:00am”.
I have Version 2.5.6 installed and Extended Views Version 1.2.9. I have manually updated, removed plugins and installed again several times since I posted this 3 weeks ago and still no Posterboard settings and all day events still showing 12am.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!
Hi!
I am having same issue with not having the extended views settings in backend. Also, my extended view tile view is showing all “All-Day” events as “12:00am”. I also have manually updated to 5.2.1 and have 1.2.9 extended views installed. I also hit Save in Theme Options and was able to get the formatting to appear but still no extended views settings.
Thanks for your help!! Love the plugin.
Hi,
We were able to resolve this issue. Thank you so much!

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Import to xmlSorry 🙁 I’m still not clear on this one. Our old site does use the Time.ly plugin so I can hit subscribe and then download either an .ics file or an xml. Now what do I do to get those events into my new Time.ly plugin on my new site? Can’t figure out where to import on the new site the files I’ve exported from the old site.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] How to Export to XMLHi Ben,
I’d be happy to review! Thanks again for the support. I do have one last question… Now that I have the xml from our old site, I’m not sure how to import it to the new site. Sorry, I tried all places I could think of to look for import.
Thanks!
